Is that...not exactly what it's supposed to do? You are, after all, using more bandwidth.

You use bandwidth to stream, so if you have limited bandwidth, using some of it to upload will decrease your download speed which increases your latency. This results in a higher ping.

You use bandwidth to stream, so if you have limited bandwidth, using some of it to upload will decrease your download speed which increases your latency. This results in a higher ping.
