“dataTag does not match for player” when using command blocks that light blocks on fire, 1.12

0

I am trying to follow this guide:
How can I make a flame arrow set a block on fire?

I have recreated the command_block/redstone set up perfectly and yet it won't work for some reason. The blocks in item 4 all say "dataTag does not match for ".

Additionally, the scoreboard won't display when I try: "/scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar Fire". I am using Minecraft 1.12.
