Trying to remember a game that looked like Half Life
The game looked a lot like Half Life, possibly based on the Source Engine. It was a first person shooter. It should have been released before the early 2000's. I am 90% sure this was the beginning of the game-I am a soldier ('I' here referring to the game's protagonist character) in a helicopter with my team, but there is some kind of an explosion of some kind and the helicopter crashes into the ground and I am probably knocked out. I wake up inside a lab or a hospital of some kind, where there's people in white coats (either scientists or doctors) inside glass chambers and they're putting what I remember being my teammates into some kind of CT scan machines. However, they change (morph?) into zombie like beings and attack and kill the people with the white coats. After some time, somehow those zombies break out from the glass rooms and attack me.
Unfortunately that's all I can remember. The game certainly wasn't Half Life or its sequel.
