What is the most overpowered vanilla build/gear?

There is a server I want to play on, but it's heavily modded. The people in this server look down on players using pure vanilla Minecraft gear, they call them trash, and I want to prove them wrong.
This is the list of mods they are using. Can I do this with purely vanilla gear? Can I get some help with the build?
