PS4 Suddenly stops working

0

THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE!! The other questions are for different things.

I was using my PS4 perfectly fine last night and then I turned it all off to go to sleep. I woke up this morning and when I press the ps button on my controllers they simply flash a blue light and then go off after holding down the ps button but they do not turn my PlayStation on. I have two controllers and they both do the exact same thing.

Hard reset with paper clip and soft with buttons DOES NOT WORK. Nor does connecting with USB, using different USB, reseting console, uplugging, etc.

The controllers are seen by my phone as a bluetooth device. They attach to my computer and show as full battery via DS4Windows. Starting the PS4 in safe mode--the controller work when connected. Both of them. They do not work otherwise.

Is this the Bluetooth on the console, then? Or could it be something else, non hardware? The unit did not move or drop or get bumped on whatsoever, so it's kind of crazy that this would happen if it is hardware, but I don't see how it could be anything else.
