How do I use a keyboard to play Smash Ultimate?

Disclaimer: I know, I know, I know. At the high levels of Smash Bros, the required inputs are too precise for a keyboard. Well, I'm not playing at high levels, and I've enjoyed playing on a keyboard since I first found SSF2 - and the whole point is to enjoy what you're doing, right?
How would I use a keyboard to play Smash Ultimate?
Potential options that I've thought might exist:
Somewhere out there is a special keyboard compatible with the Nintendo Switch.
Some Melee players perhaps made a keyboard that acts like a GameCube controller. This would of course be compatible with Ultimate
Nintendo has built-in support for a keyboard controller - not very likely, from what I can find.
There's some weird way to make a normal keyboard and the Switch like each other.
All I can find right now is the fake "Gamecube keyboard controller" that Nairo had on his stream.
